His relic slots would be good ON A DENIER, which Nebotus is obviously not, so even those are useless.
His trait protects him nothing except for Total Blind, so even a Nanuuk could deny him with Freeze. His ONLY AoE move deals 30 Dark damage and applies Damage Reduction, which is honestly terrible given his Health and Power. And when he somehow gets a turn, he'll hit like a wet sponge, dealing pathetically low damage even at Rank 5.He'll likely never get a turn due to his Speed stat making him slower than your school internet.He will get one-shotted by literally any other Legendary, every single Mythic, most Epics, some Rares, and possibly some Uncommons.Even though he's a literal Attacker, his Stats and Power are worse than a Feebas, meaning the following things will happen when you try to use him in a battle: Well, guess what? It's 2022, and Nebotus is now about as useful as Diet Water! Most Legendaries haven't aged particualry well, and Nebotus was especially hard-hit. During the early periods of ML, Nebotus could be used as a decent Attacker, seeing as he was one of the only Legendaries in the game, as well as having high damaging skills.
